Nerd Alert: Quartz SiO2 is one of the purest minerals in the earth’s crust.
Quartz crystals form in two ways.
1). In igneous rocks as magma cools. Like water turning into ice, silicon dioxide crystallizes as it cools down.
2). In environments with geothermal waters. Like sugar in hot tea, silicon dioxide dissolves in water, but only at high temperature and pressure. Then, when the temperature or pressure drops, the solution becomes saturated, and quartz crystals form.

JEWELLERY CARE
Precious Rubi jewellery is crafted to last for many years, and with a little care, it can be enjoyed for generations to come.
THE IMPORTANT STUFF...
Take care not to knock or drop your jewellery. Gemstones might look tough, but their hardness can vary greatly from one stone to another.
Don't expose your jewellery to chemicals. eg: cleaning products, chlorine, etc. They can be very damaging to gemstones and silver.
Remove your jewellery when showering, swimming, exercising and work, such as gardening, household chores, etc.
Avoid using commercial jewellery cleaning products. They are too harsh on most gemstones.
When you're not wearing your PR jewels, store in a safe, dry place..
