Due to increased government regulation worldwide, some delays affecting the passage of mail through customs can be expected. This depends on the local customs regulations for each impacted country or region.

Precious Rubi is not responsible for any import duties, fees, or taxes that may be applied to your package.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

After payment has been received and verified, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days, excluding public holidays.

A confirmation email will be sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as your proof of purchase.  (If you don't receive the email, please check your junk mail).

PACKAGING + GIFTING

All orders are carefully and securely packaged for shipping. 

Precious Rubi jewellery is gift boxed and ready for gifting.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address and email address information is entered correctly or is kept up to date. Precious Rubi will not be held responsible for any packages that have been marked as “delivered” to an address that has been incorrectly entered at the website checkout or incorrectly entered into your member account information.

TRACKING

It is the customers responsibility to track the progress of their package using the tracking information provided by Precious Rubi via email.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

If there is any damage or evidence of tampering to your parcel or to the packaging on delivery, please contact me immediately at Precious Rubi

Precious Rubi has the right to ask for photographic evidence.

RETURNS POLICY

Great care goes into the creation of every piece of Precious Rubi jewellery and to ensure it is of the highest quality.

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Precious Rubi. If you are dissatisfied or have any issue at all, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss, as I am always happy to work through a solution. To get the ball rolling, email Precious Rubi.

  • a request for a return must be made within 7 days of the receipt of your item (which is the day it is declared to be 'delivered' by the postal service).

  • the item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • the item must be returned in the original packaging (or a well-padded box) so the piece is secure during return transit.

  • the customer is responsible for return postage costs, including tracking and (insurance for items over AUD$100).

RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR...

  • change of mind.

  • wrong ring size selected.

  • gifted items that the recipient doesn't like.

  • failure to read the product description carefully: particularly pertaining to purposeful aesthetic imperfections.

  • return requests made after 7 days of receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: Earrings cannot be returned.

REPAIRS

Jewellery is delicate and requires care when wearing and storing. If you find your piece to have a manufacturing fault, I am happy to offer a repair (if possible), a replacement or credit note for the item within six months of the date of purchase.  

Manufacturing faults do not include chipped, cracked, or broken gemstones, etc., broken chains that have been damaged due to general wear and tear or misuse. Any other items that have been bent, twisted or have snapped due to misuse.
